While early yield indications are not expected until mid May, physical inspection in the Ayacucho growing region showed good yields to come, much of the dry period early in the growing season seems to have been compensated for later on. The main quinoa harvest will run starting second half of April, all of May and into June. Herewith some recent photographs:
